Lachie grew up in Ararat, and graduated medicine with honours at The University of Melbourne in 2012. He worked for a number of years at The Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne, before joining OGB to completing his specialist training.

As an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, Lachie provides one-to-one pregnancy care, and consults in all areas of gynaecology He is passionate about delivering high quality, woman-centred care. Lachie has a calm and compassionate approach that helps each patient feel understood and empowered.

Lachie is interested in the management of complex pregnancies, and is also highly experienced in ultrasound, infertility, and advanced laparoscopic surgery. He provides Specialist services at St John of God Hospital, Ballarat Day Procedure Centre and Ballarat Health Services, as well as visiting services to Maryborough, Kyneton and Ararat.

Lachie is a dad to three young children, and in his moments of spare time between family and work enjoys running around Lake Wendouree and cheering on the Geelong Cats.
