Gynaecologist

Claire grew up in the Macedon Ranges and graduated Monash Medical School in 2011 and completed a Bachelor of Medical Science with Honours in conjunction with Kings College London. She completed most of her specialist training at The Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg and her senior registrar training at Geelong Hospital.


Claire relocated as a consultant with her family to Ballarat in 2022. She holds a public clinical appointment at Ballarat Hospital Grampian’s Health in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is a training coordinator for the Western RANZCOG training program and is passionate about teaching and education and providing specialist care in rural areas.


Claire is currently only providing private gynaecological care through OGB while she is raising her young family. She provides patient centred care across a women’s life stages from adolescence to menopause and beyond and focuses on ensuring every patient is heard and empowered to take control of their health. She provides consultations in general gynaecology with a particular interest in non-invasive surgery and colposcopy.



When she is not at work, she can usually be found playing at one of Ballarat’s many playgrounds with her husband and two small children or enjoying an early morning hot yoga session.
